Professional Bio

Marc A. White practices family law, focusing on divorce, child support, custody, parenting time, paternity, and stepparent adoptions. He served as the District Court Trustee for the Third Judicial District of Kansas for 24 years prior to joining Barber Emerson, L.C. He has served on the Kansas Child Support Guidelines Advisory Committee since 2017.
