Professional Bio

Mark A. Andersen practices in the areas of real estate, banking law, eminent domain, construction law and section 1031 exchanges. He is a member of the Kansas Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers and the Kansas Electronic Recording Commission. Mr. Andersen is also a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and a fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. Mr. Andersen is admitted to the Kansas and Missouri Bars.
